Last updated: August 5, 2026

New Web Solutions, a company based in the Republic of Korea, operates Coinscope.gg. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our website and related services. If you have questions about this policy or our privacy practices, contact us at hello@coinscope.gg.

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide. We may collect your email address and the information included in a message when you contact us.
  • Information collected automatically. When you use Coinscope.gg, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device information, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, access times, interactions, general location derived from your IP address, and cookie or similar identifiers.
  • Information from third parties. Advertising, analytics, and other service providers may provide us with aggregated reports or information about activity on our services, subject to their policies and your settings.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve our services;
  • respond to inquiries;
  • understand usage, measure performance, and develop new features;
  • display, personalize, and measure advertising where permitted;
  • protect the security and integrity of our services, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms; and
  • comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, IP addresses, local storage, and similar technologies to understand how the site is used, prevent fraud, and deliver or measure advertising.

  • Google AdSense and advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to Coinscope.gg or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to Coinscope.gg and other sites on the Internet. Other third-party advertising vendors or networks may also place or read cookies, or use web beacons, IP addresses, or similar technologies, as a result of ad serving on our site.
  • Google Analytics. We may use Google Analytics to measure visits and understand how users interact with the site. Google may receive information such as the page URL, IP address, browser and device information, usage data, and cookie identifiers.
  • Microsoft Clarity. We may use Microsoft Clarity to understand site usage through analytics, heatmaps, and session playback. Clarity may collect clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, input interactions, device and browser information, and changes to page content. Microsoft states that content in privacy-sensitive fields is masked.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser controls. You may also manage personalized Google advertising through Google Ads Settings and opt out of certain participating third-party vendors through YourAdChoices. You may still see non-personalized or contextual advertising after opting out of personalized advertising.

For more information, review the Google partner-sites notice, the Google Privacy Policy, the Google ad technology partners information, and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires us to identify a legal basis, we rely on consent where we ask for it, including when you voluntarily provide an email address for follow-up about a report or reserve access to a feature; the need to respond to a request you make; our legitimate interests in operating, improving, securing, and supporting the services where those interests are not overridden by your rights; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Google, which provides forms, advertising, and analytics services;
  • Microsoft, which provides Clarity analytics and session-playback services;
  • providers that host, secure, maintain, or support our website and related infrastructure;
  • professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security;
  • a buyer, successor, or other party involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of our business; and
  • other parties when you direct us or give consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain personalized advertising activities as a "sale" or "sharing" of information. Available advertising controls are described in Section 3, and you may contact us to exercise any additional rights available under applicable law.

6. Retention

We retain direct email correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the inquiry and maintain appropriate business records.

Advertising and analytics providers retain information according to their own settings and policies. We delete or anonymize personal information under our control when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable legal and backup requirements.

7. International Data Transfers

Google, Microsoft, and our infrastructure providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Information is transferred electronically when you use the site or submit a form. These countries may have different data protection laws from the country where you live. Where required, we and our providers use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain advertising uses; or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

To exercise a privacy right or withdraw consent relating to information you submitted, email hello@coinscope.gg. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our services may link to websites, forms, projects, exchanges, or other services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required.
